Mundt: Finding New Frontiers
Watercolor painting has been
my main artistic focus for thirty years. My imaginary landscapes
have the feeling of a moment in time, captured in a dream.
I paint spontaneously, allowing me to "find" new frontiers as I create
them.
Growing up in Montana,
I gained an appreciation for the constantly changing skies over the vast
prairie and the majestic Rocky Mountains rising up in the west.

Marigold Arts was established
on Canyon Road in April 2002. The gallery represents the best of
fine art and craft by New Mexico artists, featuring handwoven textiles,
and the landscape photography of Kenneth Parker. A diverse range
of media is represented, including wearable art, watercolors, sculpture,
clay, fine furniture, glass, and jewelry. Gallery artists welcome
requests for custom commissions.
