About Us

Home About Us

Marigold Arts has been a beloved destination for art collectors from all over the world for over fifteen years. Set in a charming old adobe the gallery represents some twenty established artists, many of whom are local to New Mexico. We have traditional and contemporary painters,  beautiful wearable arts, textiles including hand woven rugs, ceramics and turned wood.  One common denominator is each artist puts all of themselves into each and every piece.  You may be happy to know a portion of gallery proceeds will go towards truly at need people. If you are curious ask Bob what the next project is.

The most important thing is that you enjoy your visit with us and I sincerely look forward to meeting you. I'm Bob Brody   owner of Marigold Arts. Having been on Canyon Road for over 26 years we may have met on prior visits at Waxlander Gallery or Canyon Road Contemporary Art. People often ask but no, I'm not an artist myself. However I grew up in an artistic family (both parents were musicians with my father playing for the Chicago Symphony orchestra for much of his career) but it was always the visual arts that  attracted me so here I am! We are proud to represent some of the finest artists you will find anywhere. I trust you will be pleased with the very high quality of the work at accessable levels.

Janice Jada Griffin is the Art Director of Marigold Arts and an established painter in her own right. She is also a published writer who has been here for five years.  Prior to being at Marigold Jada owned her own gallery in Portland Oregon for ten years. From her educational background in Great Britain and the United States Jada brings a wealth of knowledge of art history and interior design to our clients. She also speaks three languages – English, Spanish and French. Jada has been an advocate for artists all of her adult life. She takes pride in supporting them and in helping to place their art in the homes and businesses of collectors throughout the world.
